Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

South Austin Modern Guest suite!

Welcome to Blue Ranch Suite! Luxurious guest suite located in a quiet South Austin neighborhood. The perfect little getaway spot, whether visiting Austin for its many attractions or for work. Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably.
