L’appartamento è molto carino, pulito e ordinato. La posizione è perfetta: vicino alla Torre di Galata, ma situato in una via silenziosa e tranquilla. Anche la fermata del tram e della metro si trovano a breve distanza. Check in e check out facili e veloci. Super consigliato quindi, grazie mille per tutto!

Le logement proposé par Ahmet est juste excellent pour. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans Airbnb dans la même résidence. Mais cet appartement est l’un des meilleur en terme de prix et de propreté. L’emplacement et la qualité de la résidence est incontournable. Il s’agit de l’une des meilleures résidence à Istanbul. Je remercie Ahmet pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Il a su répondre à nos besoins. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. Et je le recommanderais à mes amis.

We had a great stay at this place! The house is conveniently located near the tramway in Cemberlitas and walking distance to Sultanahmet area.which made getting around the city super easy. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable—everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and willing to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the hospitality was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ev görsellerden cok daha güzeldi,çok güzel bir deneyim geçirdik. Fazlasıyla büyük bir ev,büyük arkadaş grupları veya aile ile konaklanabilmek icin gerçekten çok idealdi. İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara vardı. Konum çok rahat bulunabilecek bi yerdeydi. Huzurlu sessiz bir ortam sunuyordu. Ev sahibi Yavuz bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu,esneklik sağladı. Hızlı bir şekilde tüm sorularımız cevaplandı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi, kalabalık olmamıza rağmen ev bütün ihtiyaçlarımıza uygun büyüklükteydi. Mutfakta herşey düşünülmüştü. Evin bütün imkanlarından yararlandığımız harika bir kaçamak oldu. Kar yağması ve şömine başında oturup odun çıtırtısıyla izlemek bizim için güzel bir anı oldu. Caner bey her zaman hızlı dönüş yaptı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Bu deneyimi tekrar yaşamak isteriz.

Nice stay and close to Mall of Istanbul. Also very convenient as it’s not more than 30mins to get or go to the Airport.

Ich kann das Apartment empfehlen. Sauber und ruhig gelegen, schnell am Metro. Ein kleines Minus sind das wenige Geschirr und nur ein Kaffeebecher. Ich hätte mich auch über Duschgel gefreut. Gerne wieder.

Nice place

We had a great stay, the flat was spotless, modern, had everything we needed, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in while away ever and we felt very happy there. The location was convenient for walking into local areas for shopping and dinner or getting a bus easily over the bridge. We didn't expect there to be as much construction nearby, it wasn't a problem as such, but just a bit unfinished in the immediate surroundings which may not suit everyone. Thankful for the video to get in and out of the building as the main lobby isn't open yet so it's a bit of a maze. The lady who text us was helpful and answered our questions. Entry and exit was easy. I'd recommend and certainly once the surrounding buildings are fully complete it will be even better.

We were a group of five and loved this space. Erhan and Ms. Berrak both were super helpful and checked in on us. Communication was fast and seamless. The instructions were clear. We felt at ease. We thank Erhan and Berrak for their hospitality. The little snack tray they left us was a nice touch!

After a smooth check-in, we stayed in a very clean home. Great location and host!
