Absolutely fantastic local place to stay — spacious, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a holiday rental. The thoughtful personal touches like books, board games, fresh linen, and fluffy towels and the handy handbook made it feel extra special. Walking distance to beach and lake.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

What a delight The old schoolhouse was to spend time. Kerry and Peter were very welcoming and it was so easy. The schoolhouse is very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved all the history of the place and information provided. It was quiet and very relaxing. A short walk to beach and pub! The absolute best thing is Kerry and Peter kept our little doggo company when we attended our function. Highly recommend this lovely place and the hosts.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay.

The house is in a beautiful setting and was very peacful and tranquil. It rained a lot during our stay and it would have been helpful if there was a dryer but otherwise enjoyable stay.

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

Had such a beautiful peaceful stay 🙏the house was perfect and so close to the beach. Beautiful back entertainment area also. And the host was lovely and very fast msg response! I will definitely be booking again

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. Victoria was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and upon arrival. The place is a great size, has great views and had everything we needed for a few days, great location, walking tracks nearby and only a 5 min drive to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast provided was also an awesome addition, thanks for having us!

PPP - Peters Place was Perfect! A very cosy & clean apartment in a place that was so stunningly beautiful and close to absolutely everything! 2 minute walk to the beach or to town and a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Stephen's place! The pool provides great entertainment, the place was immaculate, versatile and convenient and Stephen was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the touch of music in the media room!

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

One of the few places that is exactly as described! This home was cosy, clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful views, short walk to the lake, a park and a nice walking trail and best of all, pet friendly! The hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Everything was labelled with clear instructions.

Yantra's place was a peaceful hideaway tucked away in Avoca. The place was clean and well maintained yet cozy, had all the amenities we needed (portable stove, pots and pans, oil, utensils, washing machine, internet, dryer). The outdoor sitting area was comfortable and overlooked the beautiful garden. The place colourful and full of personality, we felt very at home during our stay. Thank you again.

Rina is a wonderful host. She was very lovely leaving food and wine at our arrival. Smiling and positive host and person. She put all efforts to accomodate our needs.
