We enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. Location was great, and house had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen. WIFI was just updated a few weeks before we arrived. Wifi password didn't work when we checked in, but I sent Ed a message and within 10 minutes, the correct password was sent to me and problem was resolved. We would gladly stay here again.

This place is fantastic! It's quiet, the scenery is beautiful and the bonus of seeing horses really puts it over the top. Holly is so wonderful and flexible. I will definitely stay at this place again and again. This is a highly recommended stay in my opinion!

Place was clean and spacious, kitchen fully stocked. It was easy to check in and out.

If you want clean and modern unit that has easy access to downtown this is the spot. Would recommend!

Sylvia, answered us last minute! She was very accommodating to our situation. We reached out pretty late and she was very helpful and ready for us to stay! She had a lovely home for us to stay at. We felt so welcomed! She had toys for our one year old to play! She was very responsive and easy going! I would definitely recommend staying at Sylvia’s! She helped us when we really needed it. Sylvia and her husband are incredibly nice and I’m thankful they had somewhere for us to stay at a reasonable price!

Had a wonderful stay here while in the area for work. The house is well stocked with thoughtful amenities. We didn’t run out of anything for a multi-day stay. Great access to Ponca State Park.

A great place to stay

This was our first a b&b stay, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean, very accessible, clean bedding, heated and air conditioned well . Our host was outstanding ! The kitchen was set up well and clean. they had a few toys for the children, a few books, some DVDs for the kids and family ... it was great !! Thank you so much ! !
