As a New Zealand/Utah family we love being near the water, and being together at Bear Lake is our happy place. We designed this stylish modern home to fit the needs of our family and we hope it will work for you too. It’s our comfort place to kick back and relax... where memories are made sitting on the deck surrounded by those we love, watching the kids below playing volleyball, or our family favorite, badmin in the round. Bear River Guesthouse

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.
