The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. You'll have Highland Cows grazing in the field right behind you and a lake with swans and ducks in view across the grounds. And if you're a dog person, expect a warm welcome from Evie, our very friendly dog. It's the kind of place where you can hear the trees rustle and birdsong drift up from the lake.

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
