Skromná kuchyňka, kadibouda, IBCečko s užitkovou vodou, ohniště, příjezd autem možný až k objektu. V případě potřeby dodáme i peřiny, pitnou vodu, pár domácích vajec na snídani. Přes potok pobíhají ovce a daňci. Kdo nehledá, žádný luxus, ale chce si jen příjemně odfrknout mimo ruch města, určitě se mu Potůčka zalíbí. Obec má 13 obyvatel, zahradnictví s chovem ovcí. Toužíte-li po klidu v kamenném domě, v krásné přírodě jsme ta nejlepší volba. Nově jsme postavili finskou saunu a v ložnici je infrasauna. Třetí osoba spí na přistýlce v kuchyni.
