It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

It is extremely well placed to visit Suffolk coastal towns and attractions such as Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest & Iken Bay riding stables. A nice bottle of wine and nibbles will be waiting to welcome you (plus tea, coffee and biscuits).

Little Lime Barn is in the charming rural village of Benhall, a short drive from the stunning Suffolk coast, and the world famous Snape Maltings. Whilst staying here you have exclusive use of the court garden as well as access to our enclosed Orchard, perfect for your dog to explore. We have an abundance of local wildlife, you may be lucky enough to hear and see a Barn Owl swooping over the orchard at dusk and deer grazing in our four acre field.
