This is a perfect location for going to Walmart AMP events. There are several food options within walking distance and the AMP is less than a 10 minute walk. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I will definitely look for this place when attending concerts in the future.

Had a great stay at Joseph's for the Bentonville Half Marathon. It's a short 6 minute drive to downtown in no traffic. I slept well, the shower water can be as hot as you need it to be, Wifi worked well, and the closet is spacious. While it's open parking during the day until 7pm, you will need to park in front of the Leasing Office Visitor's Parking spots.

Close to the AMP for the concert we attended. Good location.

I stayed 3 nights here and I felt like I was at home. All appliances needed were readily available, the location was perfect, with plenty to see and do nearby. I look forward to staying here again when I visit NWA!!

Great place, exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need to feel like at home but closer to nature. We spent a few days biking and walking around area and was relaxing. Highly recommend the place.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Our host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the house is about 30 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so be sure to stock up before you arrive. Our only hiccup wasn’t related to the house or our host, but with one of the fishing guides we had booked. Due to weather, wind, and debris in the water, one of our trips was canceled, and unfortunately, the guide wouldn't offer a refund—just a chance to rebook, which didn’t help us much since we were only there for three days and had driven over 8 hours to get there. On a positive note, we met another guide whose family owns the Beaver Dam Store. He was incredibly kind and helpful—especially with our kids! He showed them the basics of trout fishing from shore, and thanks to him, we ended up catching a few. If we come back, we’d definitely try booking with him instead. Great place to stay.

Bluebird bungalow was a perfect retreat for out outdoor adventures

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. K. Aurora goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay! Will definitely see if this home is available on our next trip to Bentonville.

Even though we weren’t in town for something fun, we did really enjoy the Cyclopath. We felt very comfortable and “at home.” The surroundings were peaceful and the host was friendly, flexible and responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again in the future.

We had a great time staying at this house. We love coming to Bentonville and this place is conveniently located to downtown and the mountain bike trails as well as walkable to Crystal Bridges. Loved having the Airship coffee shop across the street. The place was very clean and modern. And it had everything we needed for our week in town. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time here! Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Easy access, comfortably appointed and that lake view was stunning! We can’t wait to plan our next stay!

My mother and I had a great stay over the weekend. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive even providing some local recommendations. it was lovely to be able to open the back patio door to let the breeze in and listen to the birds sing. We will definitely come back in the future—highly recommend!
