Newly remodeled guest house less than 1/4 mile from Coler’s back entrance. Also 1/2 mile from grocery store, bike shop and trail connection to Slaughter Pen and Bella Vista trails. Murphy bed in living room provides a second queen bed. Utility room provides bike hangers, a bike stand and a full size washer/dryer. Wash stand for bikes located right outside utility room. Country feel in the middle of everything. Watch the deer every evening from your private courtyard or the shared courtyard.

The Shack

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet.
