Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Truly wonderful stay - my parents and daughter travelled from Australia to spend Christmas with me and we decided to go to the Cotswolds (along with my dog). I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Tracey’s home had everything we needed, set amongst a beautiful, tranquil surrounding nestled on the lake. Picturesque views and relaxing surroundings. The house itself is beautifully presented - lots of lovely little touches and thoughtful additions. It was so easy to get around from the house to all different parts of the Cotswolds - perfect place to come back to after a days worth of outings. Nice hot shower and comfy couch and amenities. Restaurants and pubs close by within an easy four to six minute drive - dogs welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It truly made our Christmas.

Absolutely loved our few days away! Can’t believe we didn’t know about this place before… so much to do for an active family. Great house with everything we needed (so helpful to have little things like sugar/washing up liquid etc so we didn’t have to bring everything with us!). Will definitely return!

Couldn’t recommend this property more - absolutely gorgeous! We went as a group of girls and will definitely be returning but also would be perfect for those with families and will be looking to book to bring my little one. The property went above and beyond and had lots of extra details which made you feel immediately at home. Property even more beautiful in person, absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable. Fantastic communication from Neil - friendly, proactive and informative. The location is absolutely stunning and plenty of parking. Look forward to returning, thank you for a fabulous stay.

4 couples, had a great weekend at Eider Cottage. Only one parking place allocated, but plenty of visitor places nearby. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We kicked off our shoes and completely relaxed. Being directly on the lake was wonderful and we enjoyed using the Kayaks to explore the other side. Saw many varieties of birds. The Spa is a short walk away. We booked the day before, and had a lovely time using the 3 pools. We did a lot of walking around the beautiful lakes and 2 of us brought their bikes. The on site Property Managers, Liam & Pete were on hand and had excellent communications. We would highly recommend Eider Cottage and hope to return to Lower Mill Estate in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends celebrating some big birthdays. The house was stunning and spotless. We had great fun on the lake each day and enjoyed some lovely walks and meals out at local restaurants. Beautiful scenery from the decking, bedrooms and hot tub! James was very communicative and helpful and there were some lovely birthday surprises left for us. A really special break, we’ll definitely be back.

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Great space, lovely location. would recommend using the sofa bed instead of the single bedroom if the third guest is an adult. Would be even more perfect if some ground coffee was provided for the cafetiere!

Beautiful lodge in a quiet and peaceful location. The lodge was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely card and welcome package was left for our welcome which was a personalise touch. The use of the neighbouring campsite facilities such as fishing lakes, and woodland walks was a big bonus. We would absolutely visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Green Hill Farm - Bumble Lodge was very comfortable and we had a great time exploring the park and the New Forest. Would definitely recommend the lodge to others - our son particularly enjoyed the playground and the archery!

We've stayed here before and always clean and comfortable. A perfect location and great site for the kids. lots to do in the area.

Family of 6 stayed at Moorhen's Rest. Lovely accommodation on Windrush lake. Very quiet and peaceful. We used the facilities. Fly fishing, Tennis, Table Tennis and Pool Table which were all good. You pay £1 per game for pool. (Caught 2 rainbow trout which were returned to the lake) Saw some huge carp (30lb+) being caught from Windrush lake. We booked Sunday lunch at the Greyhound. Recommended as it was very good! Also had Pizza from Pizzeria 720 which is a 5 minute walk away. Had a lovely family break. Thanks Christopher.

Fabulous home to stay and enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding absolutely amazing view from the house, step down from the decking and straight onto the lake , beautiful.

We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and much nicer and bigger than the photos in my opinion. The host was really responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trip with friends or family. Kitchen has more than enough glasses/pots/pans etc which was really helpful when cooking a meal for 6. Lovely space and I will be back :-)

A very comfortable house, had everything you needed and a great view of the lake. The area was lovely with lots of places for kids to play and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. Caroline was very helpful and it was a great weekend.

Stunning lake location, in immaculate grounds. Beautiful but homely interior. Very well equipped throughout including outside gardens areas/bbq. Decking with great views, on site sport/play facilities are just right for the place. Private access for residents onto to local walks including off lead dog walking and pleasant walks into South Cerney and across to food/drinks across Spine Road and other lakes. We will return.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and had every thing that we could need for a relaxing break away. Fantastic view of the lake and you could just catch the sunset( on a clear night ). It's perfectly located for nearby activities. There is a bar and restaurant on the lake it's self. Although we didn't go in it seemed very popular. Everything is just a short drive away. We went paddle boarding on lake 86 which is a 5 min drive away and there is plenty of other lakes providing more water activities. Cotswold country park is also just a short 7/8 min drive away. This place was nice but looked like it could get very busy in high season. Just up the road from spring lake is a coop which we found to be very useful. It was a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back again.

We've just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Aimee's little gem of a place and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was clean, quirky and the boat access was a real treat! Thank you for your hospitality Aimee! You and your place were marvelous!

Lovely stay, well located between some of the larger towns (20min taxi to Cirencester.) Good house, with stunning views of the lake.

We had a long weekend with family. The facilities were great, we all had our own bathroom facilities and plenty of space so didn't feel on top of each other. A great base to explore the beautiful Cotswolds. We would of used our paddle boards and the kayaks that the host provided but it was a bit too windy for us novices.

Lovely stay at Jim's! Had a slight issue with heating but Jim was quick to respond and sort it out. Clean house with good wifi. Would stay again if we visit the area!

A beautiful warm, peaceful and cosy home, everything we needed as a family of four over Christmas. James responded to my messages quickly and the whole trip was hassle free. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend.
