Through choice of organic materials, colors and themes we integrate nature and landscapes into our contemporary spaces which accommodate 2-4 travelers each in two separate double bed rooms. The main focus here lies on an exceptional sleeping experience best ever tested mattress, memory foam toppers and a selection of pillows.

New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser.
