Our very popular fully self contained 2 Bedroom Unit located in Hanging Rock, Batemans Bay, NSW. Great location in a quiet and flat residential area, Only 2km to Batehaven & 2.5km to Batemans Bay town centre making this a great central location to either walk or drive to either destination. The unit is equipped with everything you many need for a weekend or weeks stay. Featuring a full sized kitchen, & laundrette in the bathroom. we do live onsite,& will not tolerate any breaking of house rules

Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.
