The perfect country weekender with views of the snow-capped Snowy Mountains. A 1km stroll to the Snowy River. We offer a relaxing alternative to nearby Jindy within 1hr to Kosciuszko NP. Hit the slopes, hike, wine&dine, bike, fish, or enjoy the fireplace. Dalgety is small but you are by no means in the middle of nowhere. The cottage & it’s garden surrounds are yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 8 acres. The cottage is completely private but you may hear occasional kids or dogs playing.

The off-grid Tiny Houses have plush furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, gas heating and refrigerated airconditioning. Big Yard Escapes also has a web site with videos.
