Our unit is lovely and spacious, approx. 70m2, private with a brand new kitchenette! A 5 min drive to the CBD and 15 mins to Mount Maunganui. A 2 mins walk to Daisy Hardwick cycle and walkway, and in our view a very central spot with private off street parking. It has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and fold out couch in the lounge. Great for up to 2 couples or a group/family of 4. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plate, electric grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frypan.

You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. This is a quirky unit, that has been separated out from the main house with its own entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has native timber floors in service areas, the bedroom is spacious with a Garden outlook, must take a stroll to enjoy river visa. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
