This well loved and maintained cottage is beautifully furnished and offers two bedrooms with queen sized beds; two full bathrooms; twin sized pull out sofa; and an open living dining area with a wood stove; central heat and AC and ceiling fans.

Formerly an artist's studio, Sun Bird has the charm of uncomplicated things. The photo of the patio shows the cabin (a family member stays there) that shares the 1.5 acre lot. A very quiet spot but not completely isolated.

The cottage boasts a rare combination of natural mountain setting with walking access to downtown Weaverville and a short drive to Asheville. Take a dip in the private hot tub, or a short walk through the Main Street Nature Park which leads you award winning art studios, shops and restaurants.

Enjoy everything Asheville has to offer! Take a short walk through the backyard to hit the Mountain to Sea Trail for a scenic hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway or hop on by car approx two miles away to enjoy breathtaking scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Start your day enjoying coffee on the peaceful front porch in the rocking chairs, or an afternoon nap in the hammock, and then to downtown less than 10 minutes away to your choice of incredible restaurants, breweries and shopping!

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house.

Take a step back in time in our charming, Historic Estate's Guest Cottage. Our cottage is approx 500 SF, 100 years old, w/ a cabin-like charm & peaceful surroundings. FREE PARKING & FREE WASH AND FOLD LAUNDRY SERVICE. We are in close proximity to major attractions like The Biltmore House & Downtown Asheville. We have an Extremely comfortable queen bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, closet space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Waterfall Cottage

Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
