The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Positioned off the back of our 17th century farmhouse, our annexe is a short distance from the beautiful Chichester harbour and just a few miles from East and West Wittering beaches, and Goodwood Estate. The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.

Cornerstones, Harbour Village House

Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Just a short walk from Bosham harbour. Our home has a bright and contemporary feel and the whole property will be yours to use. Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.

The Barn at Rotherwood.

This barn conversion is the perfect two bedroom getaway, located in the beautiful village of Itchenor. It is only a stones throw from West Wittering's stunning beach and also very close to Goodwood and the nearest town - Chichester. It has a large, open spaced kitchen/living area, a double and twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Attached to the barn is also a car port and a small outdoor seating area.
