We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Nearest train station is Pineapple Road - 2 miles, goes to Kings Heath, Moseley and New Street Nearest bus stop to city centre - 5 min walk, number 35.
