Cooks Cottage is a cosy tiny home sitting upon the hilltop overlooking Waimārama. Offering stunning ocean views, spectacular sunrises, and an idyllic peaceful valley view to the North, this location will not disappoint. Feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, slow down and enjoy some relaxing beach days or pop into Havelock North Village in only 20 minutes for some amazing shopping, cafe culture or wining & dining at a selection of Hawke’s Bays finest wineries and eateries

Hereford Cabin with access to indoor pool & sauna.

Cosy hut, situated in rural Omakere. A heated indoor 20 metre lap pool and sauna are available for guests to use. Great location for rest and relaxation, fitness/training weekend or just a break in your journey. 14km from Pourerere and 19km to Blackhead beaches. The cabin is on the same section as our home. * PLEASE NOTE - Bathroom is in a separate building 10 meters from the cabin. This is mostly private, however, on occasion we may have a caravan or motorhome here as we are a POP location.

Duck Cottage. Quiet country cottage in Waipawa

1 bedroom self contained cottage on a peaceful lifestyle block just outside the cute village of Waipawa. 30 Mins from Hastings and Havelock North and less than 10 from Waipukurau. 30 mins from gorgeous beaches. There are pet ducks, chickens, piggies, lambs, goats, 3 dogs and 3 cats around. The dogs have their own area. Enjoy the peaceful rural surrounds and wake up to the sounds of the country. Breakfast provisions are provided. The cottage has its own entrance with parking right outside.

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Continental breakfast pack for the first day is included.

Porangahau Beach - Our Slice of Heaven

Our home away from home, in the heart of the Beach Village, is perfect for all occasions. The white sand beach is just a stroll away, ideal for all water activities/fishing, the 9 hole golf course is over the road, with the river close by. The township has all the amenities you need: Dairy, Takeaways, Coffee Cart, Petrol, Pub & Meals at the Country Club on Friday. Our house sleeps 15 - 3x bedrooms +bunk room - 9 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 fold out bed.

Kairakau beach is only 40 minutes to Havelock North, 20 minutes to the local country pub and 30 minutes to Waipawa. Bring your surfboard, your boat, or fish off the beach, this idyllic spot is perfect for your next family adventure or weekend away with your friends.

Woodside Cottage

A quiet, relaxing self contained unit separate from the main house, located on the edge of Waipawa. Enjoy a drink on the deck looking out over the garden and listen to the birdsong. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.
