20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Situated just 5.9 miles to the Channel Tunnel, 12 miles to Dover Port, 20 minutes drive to Canterbury and ideal if you are attending a wedding at The Old Kent Barn and Hoad Farm. Local amenities within walking distance include; three pubs, local supermarkets, hairdressers and cafe. Hythe seafront is also only a short drive away.

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult.

We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. An idyllic and tranquil spot, 8 miles from the historic city of Canterbury. The Old Granary Barn is only 500m from a great pub and a very friendly, well stocked village shop which has everything you may need during your stay. The windmill is open every Sunday and bank holidays throughout the summer for guided tours and cream teas.
