The house was wonderful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Our family loved how peaceful it was.

The house is a great stay and the host is fantastic! Kristen is very responsive, helpful, and even offered to extend our stay at a reduced rate. The house is right on the water with an amazing dock. The community is gated and has great amenities--we enjoyed the playground and the hiking trails. Definitely beats any hotel in the area!

My family and I loved this home at Lake Glenville! It had everything we needed. The views were incredible, and we really enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, riding the pedal boat, building campfires, and relaxing in the hot tub. We booked a boat tour with Lake Glenville Scenic Waterfall Cruises with Captain Mark. We saw a bald Eagle and the baby’s nest. We would gladly stay here again and hope to come in the fall sometime to see the foliage. I didn’t want to leave. Happ’s Place restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the shops in Cashiers and downtown Highlands, as well as hiking to a few waterfalls.

Jessi’s Air bnb exceeded my expectations! The house its self was beautiful, and the inside was very well kept up! The back deck made the perfect lounging area, as well as the boat dock! We enjoyed lots of sunshine at the dock! Jessi’s communication was amazing, checking in on us, keeping up to date and her response time made questions answerable within minutes! The location of the house is 15 minutes from restaurants which made it very accessible! The house is perched back into a cove, which made it very peaceful and relaxing! I would highly recommend Jessi’s air bnb!

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat – Perfect for a Quiet Getaway: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront house. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was incredibly peaceful and the perfect spot to relax. The home was spotless, quiet, and felt very cozy. The kitchen looked recently renovated and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time there. We didn’t need to contact the host during our stay because the check-in and check-out process was super smooth and everything was clearly laid out. The property also includes a fire pit and canoes—which we didn’t get to use this time, but definitely will on our next visit! The house is about a 20-minute drive from restaurants and grocery stores, but with a car, it was no problem at all. If you're looking for a quiet, cozy, peaceful, and scenic getaway, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

The house was great, easy to find, had what we needed in the kitchen, beautiful location, just great. We loved it and it was perfect for our gathering after my son graduated college!

Good location, clean and the bunk room was a great space for the kids

This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. We visit this area often and we are so glad we have found our home away from home in Waynesville. Thank you Steve and Susie for hosting us! Blessings, Steve and Amy

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

logement bien situé, endroit calme et paisible au bord du lac Junaluska. Le lac est très beau entouré de montagnes. Waynesville est à côté avec tous les magasins nécessaires, l'accès à la blueridge parkway est à quelques minutes , parfait pour profiter de la vue sur les montagnes. Cherokee n'est pas loin et c'est appréciable de pouvoir rencontrer une nouvelle culture non européenne dans ce pays. le logement est propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est clairement un point positif. Le jardin est très beau avec beaucoup de fleurs. C'est un bon travail. Carolyn et son mari sont très gentils et très réactifs. Le dialogue est facile et les explications sont claires. J'espère revenir en automne afin de voir les couleurs de la forêt.

Wonderful stay at Staci’s place! The apartment is well furnished, has plenty of space, and we loved the enclosed porch, large bathroom, and multiple seating areas. The place has everything you could need, including shampoo and conditioner which I forgot! There were many other niceties including cleaning products, toiletries, and so many blankets and pillows. We walked the lake every day which was so nice to have right outside the house, albeit a short <5 min on the road before you reach the trail. Everything in downtown Asheville is about 10-15 min away, you will need to drive, which we didn’t mind. The parking is easy but the apt is on the second floor up a staircase for anyone with mobility issues. We stayed for our anniversary/babymoon and I am 8 mo pregnant and had no problem with the stairs or the walk to the lake. One of my favorite airbnbs yet!

We had an amazing time at this cottage! Our family of 6 loved the space and all the amenities in the kitchen came in so useful! We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch eating dinner. It’s super easy to access and in a great location to the lake. We visited Long Point Trail, Cathedral Falls, the lake, and Fat Eddies! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay here! The AirBnB is small and quaint, but has everything you could need. It was clean and had some additional games and puzzles for entertainment too. We loved spending time on the dock enjoying the views and nature. There are a lot of stairs to get down to the dock, as they show, but they are safe and the views from above at the house paired with the dock on the water were worth it.

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was the perfect place for our anniversary weekend getaway and also for celebrating my nephew’s 3rd birthday. The house was easy to find and access, and the host went above and beyond by putting up a few birthday decorations and even leaving a sweet little gift for the birthday boy—such a thoughtful touch! The home was very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay. It has two spacious bedrooms with easy access to the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed having access to the dock—it was great for swimming, fishing, and just relaxing by the water. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us great recommendations for local dining and activities. Communication was quick and friendly. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

Blueberry Cottage was all we had hoped for a stop on our long road trip to move across the country. Very homey and our dog Tommy loved it and warmed right up to the space. Plenty of room for multiple guests, private back porch which was so peaceful to wake up and have coffee. Stocked with everything you could need. Thank you for sharing your home, Heather!

Jeffreys lakehouse was absolutely incredible. The view is perfect and we had a wonderful time out on the lake. Would highly recommend!

What a great stay - didn’t fully understand or appreciate “lake life” until we stayed at this house. The views are stunning, the private dock is really cool, lots of stuff to play with like kayaks and a big Lilly pad for kids. The house is adorable, very well decorated, spotlessly clean with comfy beds and nice linens, and extremely well equipped including a chemex and French press for coffee, lots of cooking tools etc. overall a great stay.
