The Unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed while on vacation. The unit is located very close to both the indoor and outdoor pools, with only a very short walk to the beach. It is also perfectly located to the parking lot to make loading and unloading the car a piece of cake!

Let me start by saying the home is located in the heart of Jacksonville NC. The view is truly amazing! I felt safe, relax and at home. The home is equipped with everything that I needed. Melinda is a gem, she reached out with me a few times during my stay to make sure that I’m ok and have everything that I needed and also informed me the day she spotted dolphins were passing by. Love this place. Thank you Melinda for sharing your beautiful place.

The hostess was very responsive and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend it. It was a beautiful trip to this house, which overlooks the beach.

One of the most peaceful stays I’ve had in awhile. The room was super cozy and extremely clean when we got there. If you’re someone that likes to be walking distance from things to do this may not be the place for you. But the scenery, the people, it was all lovely. 100% recommend!

Wow! What a gem of a place. Beautiful furnishings decorated like a showplace but also comfy! I was sad we only had one night here. Even though this was located in a busy intersection I found the noise to be non existent. We loved the blackout shades in the bedrooms. We will definitely be back!

the neighborhood was populated but quiet and we felt safe at all times. This home was perfect for us and my sons family, they had the upstairs and we all had plenty of space and privacy and a nice fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed plus more. Jaquelyn was very easy to work with.

Had a great stay at Heather’s. It’s in a great location and she was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Can not recommend enough and will book again in the future

If u ever go to Jacksonville rent from Trevor I will never rent from anyone else have had several bnb that were terrible wouldn’t take my dog because of my last experience with bnb that poisoned him with bug traps my daughter lives there so I go couple times a year to visit her and her family never stayed at a place like Trevor’s with was so outstanding with everything

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Nice atmosphere, very private, very CLEAN, and an AMAZING hostess. I would most definitely recommend this place! ❤️

This house is beautiful! The layout is great, the back yard is a huge bonus, it is close to every thing, and it is in a cute neighborhood. The bedrooms are large, the water pressure (chef's kiss) was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. it also has a great kitchen and living room that is all open concept. We evacuated here after Helene and booked quickly late at night. Justin was quick to respond and immediately offered to help us out. He not only helped us, but also brought resources to our area that was completely devastated by the storm. He checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. Justin is not only an exceptional host, but he is an exceptional human being. I cannot thank him enough. Stay at this house and rent from Justin, it is worth every penny!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

This was a beautiful studio. It was so nicely decorated. Really enjoyed my weekend here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Loved staying here in this slice of paradise!!!! Exactly what I need to recharge my mom batteries!!! The community is really nice and welcoming as well . Felt at peace the whole trip.

This place was the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen. The pictures in the listing are exactly what you find when you arrive. Lisa was super responsive and accommodating as we had encountered a last minute change in plans. I highly recommend this lovely place!!
