I highly recommend this Air BnB. Laura was very efficient and responsive to all of my needs, yet was never intrusive. It was a cute place which checked all of my boxes. There was a five day minimum which didn’t match my revised plans. I was only able to stay four nights. But I liked the place so much, that paying for one extra night was a very small price to pay. As I arrived, I didn’t quite know what I had gotten myself into. The place is about 1/2 block away from the back of a strip mall which is on a major highway. The BnB is situated in a blue collar area and is almost sandwiched by two trailer parks. But somehow, again all odds, it is a wonderful, very peaceful, and serene setting which takes on a rural Florida vibe. It sits well off the road and has a lot of acreage. I did have a problem finding the place. The people in GPS land are not very helpful. So use the GPS to get close. Once you get to the correct road, ignore the GPS and look for the address on her white mailbox.

Karen and Don were such great hosts! We cannot wait to stay again and for longer the next time we visit family in Naples. We booked last minute and got so lucky to find this gem. The property is beautiful. You’re surrounded by nature while being close to in town amenities. It was very easy to find and check in/ out. My favorite part was the tour of the property and conversations with Karen and Don. They have kayaks and bikes for you to use. The beds were so comfortable and we got some great rest there. Can’t wait to stay again!

Nancy is an incredible host. Her place is super clean from floors, to linens to shower, all is impeccably clean. The kitchen area was a convenient space to make breakfast every morning , There are 2 of us and we were quite comfortable. There are many beautiful flowers and fruit trees on the grounds. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the outdoor chairs. Shopping and restaurants are just a close ride. It’s a convenient location. Nancy is happy to answer any questions you may have. She is an amazing host .

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

Absolutely wonderful time here! We spent some time with Cliff looking at homes in the area to purchase while we were in town. He was very knowledgeable about the area and passionate about it. Both Cliff and Bob were welcoming and warm. The experience was better than we expected and will absolutely stay with them in the future. The home was as described, clean, well maintained. The room and bed were comfortable to sleep in. We loved the hot tub, the view of the canal, and evenings chatting with Bob and the other guests.

Charly's place was great! Stayed 5 days and felt really comfortable and safe. The amenities were perfect for the short trip. Within a short drive to local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants! The Lazy Flamingo and The Perfect Cup are great places to visit.

Nice place for our short stay. Clean, convenient, easy check-in and great communication from a very pleasant host.

Ryan’s place had everything we needed and was clean. I asked a question about a local beach and he called right away with great recommendations and even provided beach chairs in town for us! If you like a firm memory foam mattress, this place is for you. Nice quiet subdivision, peaceful yard, and close to lots of things.

I use Airbnb all the time and Sean was an amazing host, his place is in perfect condition and is so close to everywhere you want to go! Highly recommended this place!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super – sehr charmant und genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist ruhig, sicher und ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Waschmaschine und Trockner konnten mitbenutzt werden, inklusive Waschmittel, was sehr praktisch war. Das Bett war für zwei Personen leider etwas unbequem und bereits etwas durchgelegen. Alles in allem: Unterkunft und Lage absolut top!

My husband and I had a great time staying with Cathy and visiting Matlacha and the surrounding area. We spent some time in Matlacha, bought some art, and enjoyed several restaurants with live music nearby. We also took day trips to Ft Myers and Sanibel Island, but our favorite thing was relaxing in the pool in the afternoons. Cathy’s place was pristine and had everything we needed for our stay. It was so peaceful and private. I can’t recommend it enough!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. The area felt safe and quiet, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent. Melissa was responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely a comfortable and convenient spot. We’d be happy to stay again!

This place is just a slice of paradise! As you enter the garden and pool area you can smell the jasmine flowers. The garden and pool area are so beautiful you don't want to leave. The apartment is super cozy and clean. We loved the whole energy and atmosphere of this place so much. We will definitely try to come back and stay longer! And Kristina and Vivek are just the sweetest hosts you will be able to find :)

When looking for place to stay we came across Seth And Ivonne's listing for this unit. We reviewed the listing as well as previous reviews and can say that all were right on spot! The unit was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and in quiet location. They are great responsible hosts!

Both Luis and his wife were super nice host. We feel right at home from day one, ideal location with privacy and your own (safe) parking in the back. Great value for the apartment and we look forward to our next trip there.

Heel mooi huisje met een prachtige tuin! We hebben heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten en buiten kunnen eten. De barbecue was ook een fijn pluspunt net als de (supersnelle) wasmachine en droger. Een aanrader!
