The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

I was looking for a quiet getaway on the lake at a reasonable price but near enough to Sandpoint so I could enjoy shopping and restaurants. Just 20 minutes from town, the property is tucked down a gravel road on a woody hillside above Garfield bay. We loved the quiet that let us hear the sounds of the water and the winds in the trees. We also saw a bald eagle fly by multiple times! I quite enjoyed the eclectic feel of the property. It has a unit at top that sleeps two plus just below an outdoor area for a fire and then next to that a tiny house with small table, mini kitchen and shower plus another small building with a bathroom and bedroom. Carefully chosen touches of artwork throughout added to the charm. But I think my favorite thing was the long deck that included a wooden counter along the railing with seating for everyone to eat or the sweeping views of the bay, the lake, the hills. The views really were amazing from sunrise to day views to sunset, the moon and stars at night.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we look forward to the next time we can stay. We love the location because it’s still close enough to drive to Sandpoint, but far enough away to enjoy the the peace and quiet! The neighbors on both sides of the house are wonderful. The house has absolutely everything needed for spending days on the lake both the house and the boat house are well equipped. They have literally thought of everything to relax and spend time on the lake! We have kids ranging in ages from 16-7 and they enjoyed every minute of our stay from paddle boating to fishing off the dock and everything in between! We highly recommend for families!

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

James is a rare host. Super attentive, super accommodating to our particular needs for this trip. I can't say enough good things about him or his places (we actually rented two from him!). Truly perfect start to finish. Can't wait to come back someday. Was sad to leave!

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just EASY with the host and space. I loved the "make up towels" in the bathroom and the welcome basket - well thought out extra touches. The beds were all comfy and everything was very clean and organized. You can tell the hosts take pride in their hospitality.

Great Place to stay! My family had a great weekend enjoying the beautiful view and indoor pool. Definitely would stay again.

Great Place Enjoyed my stay.

The per-night charge was great; however, the $180 cleaning charge for two people for two nights was excessive (the cleaning charge was more than the nightly charge combined). I wish they would just advertise the total cost rather than slip in that cleaning charge (and we are extremely neat people who barely use anything). The place was as described. Great location. A little hard to find D dock at first, but Google helped. Very quiet little boat neighborhood. You can walk to a few restaurants, including a greasy spoon (Captain's Wheel) and a newer Italian restaurant (used to be JD's) called Taverna, which was pretty good, if not a tad pricey for the area. There's a waterfront pub-type restaurant and a taqueria within walking as well. The house was very clean, and although quirky (we affectionately called it the Winchester Mystery Boat House), it was eclectically charming, comfortable, and really fun to be on the water. Added bonus - you can bring a boat as there's plenty of dock space.

Very clean, beds and pillows are really comfortable. View is terrific. Very quite location. Air conditioners for the bedrooms was appreciated.

This house on the lake was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 kids. We had a great time going out on the lake that was never too busy, even on a very nice Friday and Saturday. We made smores at the fire pit down by the lake and relaxed on the grass and the dock soaking up the sun. We also went to Silverwood for a day and it was only about 20 minuets away. Great find!

We enjoyed our stay up at spirit lake! The camper was perfect and had everything we could need. Would love to come back one day!

My wife and I stayed at Emily’s cabin, the location was perfect the cabin was clean and veryWell stocked, Emily was a delight to communicate with. Would highly recommended her accommodation for a trip to Sandpoint.

Jessica was very responsive when texting, her directions were spot on to a 10th of a mile, depending on how fast the dirt gravel road is driven its about 45-60 minutes, definitely would recommend AWD or 4×4, but if careful a normal car at slower speeds can make it, the streets in Spokane are worse in certain areas. Pay attention to the directions.The cabin was very inviting, and the view was amazing, Currently work is being done on a lot next to hers, well drilling, but nothing Cozy Cabin can do about that.still relaxing DVD selection is very diversified, surround sound was great. The hummingbirds were amazing to watch, if your still enough one might use a finger to land on, like it did for me.Firepit was great for a small fire for smores. Proper use of windows and ceiling fans kept the place cool in the evenings. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed out 27th wedding anniversary on the lake. We are already talking about a return trip in the future. Hope to meet Jessica in the future

What a beautiful place! We used it as a base to explore the area like silverwood. The water was clear and the beach was awesome. So nice to have a private beach. We had 4 adults and 4 children and didn't feel cramped at all! The pullout trundle was super handy!
