There's 1 bathroom (shower + bath) and 1 ensuite (with shower). There’s fast wifi, board games & 43” TV with free Netflix + Amazon Prime.

Welcome to my beautiful, tranquil and spacious flat in the heart of Leith. My apartment is newly decorated and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

We are within walking distance of most of Edinburgh's “must sees” like Calton Hill and Arthur's Seat. We have a fantastic bakery right across the street and are close to public transport.
