Close to the main village of Portree and the harbour at Uig with access to the Outer Hebrides the cottage is perfectly situated. The cottage has good WIFI, perfect for WFH. Warm and cosy in winter as well as summer.

The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Bootroom/laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Table and benches outside for enjoying good weather.

The cottage has a rich history. previously a dance hall and meeting place for the Home guard in World war 2. This cottage will give you a warm hug when you return each day from your outdoor adventures. Please note, the upstairs has low sloped ceilingsThe second room is set up as a dressing room. Not suitable for Children, infants or elderly with mobility issues to narrow staircase. 2 able Adults only. Most importantly, can't be compared to a pod caravan, chalet or bus.

Our spacious upstairs self-catering apartment has a bedroom with a super king sized bed and a single bed - ideal for a couple with child under 12. A travel cot/high chair and baby bath for under 2 are available The kitchen / Living area is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, full size cooker. and a TV with free wi-fi. Please advise if you require two beds set up.
