A beamed, cosy cottage with sea view from all rooms. Sleeps up to three with one double and one single bedroom upstairs along with the bathroom with shower over bath. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are all on the ground floor. A door from the lounge leads out to the private walled patio garden. A few steps from the garden gate is the large, enclosed guest paddock with sea view. The paddock has benches, picnic tables, a brick BBQ, dog agility equipment and croquet set available for use.

The Garden Apartment is a peaceful, semi-detached, stone-built Tintagel cottage and enjoys wonderful coastal views from the patio overlooking fields to the sea and cliffs beyond. This Grade II listed former watermill is set within its own 5 acres of land, exclusively in the beautiful Rocky Valley.
