Welcome to Ivy Cottage, our beautifully renovated thatched hideaway in Devon! Set in the charming village of Ilsington, you will have everything you need for a cosy stay. Curl up with Netflix in front of the log fire, or head around the corner for a traditional ale in the old village pub. If you are feeling more adventurous, Incredible Dartmoor is on your doorstep. Drive out to see the rugged tors and the famous moorland ponies, and don't forget to stop for a traditional Devonshire cream tea!

Self contained accommodation close to Dartmoor

Hartford Dairy is an annex next to our home. It is a cosy one bedroom, self contained space providing great accommodation for a couple or single traveller with its own parking space for one car. We are conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for beautiful scenery and walks and also within easy access to the coast, Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. A village pub and Post Office/store are within walking distance. Our nearest town is Bovey Tracey and Ashburton is also an approximate 10 minute drive.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Barn, cosy with amazing views.

Situated in the village of Trusham, a central spot for the beaches & Moors. The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Cromwell Retreat

Cromwell Retreat is ideally located in the middle of Bovey Tracey, the gateway to Dartmoor and Capital of Craft. A wide range of fabulous eateries, small supermarkets and independent stores. The cottage itself is light and spacious. A large sitting room with seating for up to 5 people. An adjacent kitchen diner plus utility and downstairs loo. Stairs lead up to 3 beautiful double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms. Outside a courtyard for Al fresco dining and designated car space.

Dartmoor National Park- Romantic Cottage

Becka Cottage is perfect for couples or a small family. Great for a base, it is on the National Park for those wishing to explore Dartmoor and the West Country. A romantic getaway, charming and very well equipped ( 2 Smart TV's with Amazon HD Firesticks and WiFi). Becka is a self contained cottage, a short drive from the A38, close to the local towns of Bovey Tracey and Mortenhampstead and 5 minutes from the village of Lustleigh. All have great pubs, Tea Shops and good places to eat.

Sauna, Views, Orchard Garden: 3 Bed Devon Escape.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Maximum of 2 dogs. Charge applies for dogs. Star gazing is perfect in this garden. Look out at the Apple orchard. Chudleigh 5 minute walk to amenities, local country pubs, shops, pottery studio and more. A sunny south facing garden perfect for chilling. Peaceful location, stunning views to Dartmoor

This lovely self contained wooden chalet (The Roadhouse) is set in a quiet rural location near Bovey Tracey with stunning views over the fields to Dartmoor. Surrounded by 100 acres of nature reserve, home to many rare species, a nature lovers paradise. There are some great pubs nearby, Exeter is 20 minutes, 10 miles to the sea and close to Dartmoor, Ashburton and Newton Abbot. Heated by a woodburner. Very cosy. I'm afraid we don't take children under 13.

The Nook is a romantic luxury cottage providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of Bovey Tracey, nestled on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Easy to access from the A38 and well connected, which makes this the perfect base to visit the moors, sea, or Cities (Plymouth or Exeter). The cottage has two friendly pubs within 100 yards of the front door and a number of local shops and amenities for you to explore. Not suitable for children and elderly.

2 Pound Cottage is a romantic, luxury cottage for 2 in one of England's finest villages (according The Telegraph). Chocolate box pretty, it is perfect for a romantic break. Wake to the sound of church bells, eat breakfast in bed then head out to explore the beauty and peace of Dartmoor. On your return to the cottage, relax in the deep, deep bath with a bottle of fizz, listen to vinyl on the record player or sink into the sofa and read a book.

The Preservatory

The Preservatory is a peaceful, secret hideaway ideal for couples. There is a sofa bed (double) in the living room which can be used to sleep additional guest(s). Perfectly situated to explore Dartmoor and further afield. An array of cafes, takeaways, small supermarkets and pubs within walking distance. Ideal location for walking and cycling.

Stunning views, on edge of picturesque Lustleigh

Peaceful, rural farmland setting within walking distance of the centre of the village, Many footpaths, cycle paths and a private woodland walk from the doorstep. Lustleigh village has period cottages clustered around the village square with popular pub, tea rooms, shop/post office, church and cricket ground.
