Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Enjoy a relaxing visit to Utah or a little staycation at this cozy home in peaceful Clearfield. Featuring 2 queen bedrooms and a bathroom with an open concept kitchen and living room. The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is built on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swim around or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available at the cabin.
