We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a wonderful stay here, we felt very welcome and after a stressful journey Jo was so kind and got the bungalow ready for us as quickly as possible so we could check in early. It’s such a lovely space, very cozy and well equipped. The views are beautiful and the garden was perfect for the doggies. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, we all slept so well. We had a lovely breakfast basket, treats for the doggies and Jo left me a card for my birthday. It’s a great location to explore, we would highly recommended staying here.

Great location in the centre of Yarmouth. You could walk anywhere in the town. The Digital Parking Permit was a godsend and in late September, we had no problem finding a bay pretty close to the property - not sure this is the case throughout the year. Very comfotable property and a most enjoyable stay.

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, beautiful view of the sea, really great host who showed us around and responded to any questions we had super quick. We had an absolutely lovely stay in a wonderful place!

Her thoughtful touches truly elevated our experience—from the chilled bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge to the mini toiletries and chocolates pillows, ensured we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features was the balcony, which became our favorite spot to unwind. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather, and with the sun drenching the space, it turned into a glorious sun trap where we could sip our drinks and soak up the warmth in absolute comfort. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, blending great hospitality with a wonderful setting. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient base for exploring, it delivers!

Had everything we needed, extremely clean. And a great location and very relaxed about us bringing our dog.
