This place was perfect for us and three young kids. We spent wonderful, fun-filled days at the beach. We could easily go back to the house for lunch, rest time, stuff we forgot, etc…My son’s family stayed a block away with three young kids also. We all used the many amenities of our beach shed: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, noodles, coolers and more. The free washer/dryer was used often. The house itself was very clean, bright and comfortable. Two full bathrooms were ideal for our gang. The kids loved the patio for their meals, games and hanging out. We didn’t use the grill or hot tub this visit but they are great additions to the outdoor space. The location is perfect for the beach access but also to get into town. We were always glad to get out of the traffic and crowds to return to the peaceful home. Evening sunsets were spectacular! We had many photo ops of the family, photos that we will treasure forever. We plan to return next year and are already looking forward to it

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home is very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time away.

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

Our stay here was amazing. Great space, great location, great amenities. At first we weren’t sure about walking to the beach with kids, but it was very easy. The beach wagon was perfect and the kids loved the beach toys. The bikes were an added bonus to explore the neighborhood. We were able to see a stingray and dolphins right off of the patio. The pool and hot tub are a 2 minute walk and perfect size. We hope to be back soon!

Would recommend to anyone with a large group. We had 10 and a baby. George is a great host. The place was awesome for being together or lots of room for alone time. We saw a bunch of dolphins catching fish and jumping right next to the back yard sea wall. Views were very nice and peaceful. It was so amazing. Felt like we had a private pool at times and it was very well maintained. Hot tub was clean and large. Grills were brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of items for beach. Had plenty of towels, umbrellas, toys and two wagons. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Everything in great condition or new. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Nice to have them there. We had our 7 month old granddaughter with us and they had everything we needed for her. George has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Best host I have had. If we needed something they got it . Airbed was not holding air. They delivered a new one within hours. Thanks George.

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

Jeff’s place was in a great location for my one night trip in st. Pete. Very close to local restaurants and bars. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Will stay there again.

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

Bradley and Ayako were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ayako brought us little tasty treats. It was lovely to use their pool and to eat our takeaways by the pool. The location was perfect for visiting our son and family who live nearby. The apartment was really nice, tastefully furnished , well equipped and very clean. We would highly recommend it.

Our family had a great time. Most of the trip was spent relaxing at the house, using the lovely heated pool, grilling meals, and watching movies in the comfortable living space. It was easy to get to the beaches, bike rentals, restaurants and anything you needed. The house is clean and spacious.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

All went well. Very comfortable stay. Home was clean with clear instructions to everything we needed. Although the pool was small, we enjoyed it. Jess did a good job of communicating with us and kept us informed throughout our stay.

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The place was exactly as described—nice, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. It truly met all our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It was close to restaurants and so welcoming. The host was responsive and friendly when we messaged as well. Highly recommend!
