The home is set on a large corner block with plenty of parking along with onsite bike storage facilities.

Whether it’s riding with your favourite person, or walking together to the floating sauna… this space has everything you need, & nothing you don’t! Pull up a chair outside & watch the sun go down while you cook up a storm on the BBQ, or cosy up on the couch & watch your favourite movie. A 5 minute walk to everything… coffee shops, a river walk, or to ride. This tiny home is the perfect starting place.

Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.
