Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
