The Back 40 is a private 40-acre cattle ranch located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay with private parking and a home gym. The Bunkhouse is a 716 Sq. Ft. guest studio apartment located on the property and sleeps 12, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee maker.
