As you'll see from the pictures, we are up on a hill overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the majestic Olympic Mountains. We are downtown Port Orchard, so restaurants and a myriad of cute shops are just steps away, as is the the lovely waterfront. You'll have the house to yourself to relax in the serenity you deserve. You can get to and from Port Orchard by ferry from Seattle, so a getaway with no car is doable!

Burke Bay A-Frame Retreat w/Cedar Hot Tub

Settle into this unique northwest retreat tucked into cozy Burke Bay. Built in the 1960s, this spacious A-frame has fun vintage vibes with modern comforts. Surrounded by 6+ acres of lush forrest, the whole crew will have plenty of room to get out and explore. At the base of two massive cedar trees, enjoy a relaxing soak in the bubbling cedar hot tub that overlooks the bay and its abundant marine life. Seals have been spotted swimming in the waters below. Just 15 min to Bremerton-Seattle ferry!

The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.
