It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

I had the most amazing stay! The accommodations were absolutely wonderful—clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was right there, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. The location is truly something special. The view was breathtaking—waking up to such a stunning landscape each day was a dream. It was so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. I felt completely at peace and instantly at ease the moment I arrived. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a little slice of paradise, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Janet was amazing!!!! We had a great time and were well taken care of. She offered an earlier check in time and even had a pack and play delivered for our daughter the first night we were there. It was the most beautiful and most relaxing place/ time. We will be coming back! Very easy with a young family (we had our 10 month old with us)! Lots of lizards, ducks, fish etc. which was a lot of fun!

I had such a great experience on my stay. I booked for my bachelorette. The pictures are beautiful but it can’t compare to actually walking into the home. Everything was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. They had cute bride to be floaties in the pool. I also booked massages for my bridesmaid and I and it was such a great experience. I would highly recommend! No complaints

Our stay at Cool and Dre’s place was fantastic! The house was impeccably-stocked with everything we needed and more! Hats off to Cool who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable. He was always available to answer every question we had! The location was perfect and the home is perfect for entertaining. I would stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family. The house itself is stunning—beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights for us was the pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both adults and kids to relax and have fun. The game room was another hit to keep our group entertained! The house was incredibly kid-friendly, which made traveling with our little ones so much easier. Everything from the layout to the thoughtful details made it clear that the host truly understands what families need. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Charles was very responsive and they were always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we’re already talking about coming back.

J’ai apprécié mon séjour, notamment parce que l’édifice était tranquille et bien éclairé de l’extérieur. Le plus agréable a été le parc, qui est très beau et situé à seulement 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Il y a aussi un Publix à 5 minutes. N’ayant pas de voiture, je n’ai pas pu aller très loin, mais avec une auto, il y a plusieurs endroits intéressants à découvrir dans les environs. L’hôte, Chloé, a été très bien. Elle répondait à mes questions et à mes demandes avec gentillesse et politesse.

We really appreciated our stay as well as the exceptional responsiveness of the host and co-host. The neighborhood is residential, safe, with friendly people, close to Lincoln street mall, supermarkets and restaurants. If you are staying in Miami Beach and the surrounding area of Miami, a car is not essential as transportation services are plentiful and quite cheap depending on the time of day. The apartment is located on the top floor of a residence with only four units. It is very bright and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space for the three of us. All rooms have windows and all windows have mosquito nets. The kitchen is well equipped with high-quality appliances. We particularly enjoyed the balcony under the trees, where you can watch the squirrels and birds at close range while sitting outside. All in all, a great stay that we would repeat at any time.
