Great stay and very clean and spacious recommend

We had an excellent time. The location was perfect for being close to the action, but far enough away that finding quite places wasn't hard at all. The pool was great and the hot tub was awesome. It was our favorite part. It was never over crowded. David answered our questions quickly and check in was super easy. The Front Porch Restaurant at the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were there for a week and enjoyed that the room had more space than a normal hotel room. You can a third person there, but we would not have liked it as we spend a decent amount time in the room and like to have some space/privacy (just a preference not a knock on the room). The kitchen really isn't conducive to cooking, but we had no intention of doin that. It was excellent for storing snacks and warming up food. The balcony is very large and gets sun but there are always spots of shade as well, which we love. There is also a Starbucks a few steps from the hotel. I picked up coffee each morning. The minor down side, the room isn't run down, but the hotel is-- the floors were dirty, the gym (which I used everyday) was terribly filthy and I had to clean of loose dirt from anything I used. It was actually surprising to find it in such disrepair. Only one elevator was working so be prepared to wait a bit. With all that said, it isn't David's fault that the hotel is not kept up by the hotel staff. The positives waaayyyyy outweigh the negatives. We really like the place overall and hope to return sometime.

Everything went very well, from the booking, through the checkin and checkout process. Luxury rental has a great communication service and are always available to help. The apartment is as described in the photos and the amenities of the 1hotel are unmatched.

Everything was great. Hotel amenities, Location, property was FANTASTIC! Perfect property with Fontainebleau amenities! Karen was an excellent host. We have stayed in Miami 10+ times and I would stay at this location again! If you have an early arrival make reservations at La Core while you wait!

I was visiting for 2 weeks of yoga intensive . I felt very safe , peaceful space for my early bedtime , felt very homely , I got to eat the fresh coconut , star fruits and bananas from her yard . We became friends and got to eat couple of meals together . She went over and beyond in every ways to make my stay memorable and I feel like I have a home in Miami to stay every year for my yoga workshops .

The view is worth every penny! If you want to see Miami and enjoy the beach, this is the place. Beach was very clean and not over crowded. Beach loungers and umbrella were included. Pools were also very clean and relaxing.

The location is great, view is great, half from beach, half port, the beach is soooo great,! Everything I need in the room, and provide free beach chairs, the only thing I don’t like is the communication, the customer service only response in the morning.

Excelente departamento, muy bien ubicado en Sunny Isles y super bien equipado. El lugar estaba muy limpio. La cochera también está muy bien ubicada, cerca del acceso al edificio. Sin dudas un departamento para recomendar.

This place is just “amazing” if you are lucky enough to stay here you will love every minute. The views and the setting are fabulous. Gabriel was responsive. The space is well equipped and very comfortable. To wake up every morning and walk out directly into the beach was wonderful. Great for families. There’s a laundry room if needed. Kitchen was spacious with lots of pots and pans, cups, plates, toaster, etc. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Nicolas is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcome and taken care of. Adriana, the apartment manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is right across the street, and it's also conveniently close to Aventura and other great shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend!

Me and a friend were visiting here for medical a reason as it was close to a lot . This apartment was in the center to many different restaurants and grocery stores which was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe walking around. Bianca was very friendly and responsive whenever we had a question or concern . She made sure everything was figured out. The amenities included with the apartment were also very helpful like kitchen utensils ,towels, and bathroom toiletries incase you forgot any . I would definitely stay here again or even at any of her other apartments in the building l.
