Fantastic house, well presented and great location. The host were in communication with us throughout the stay to ensure everything was covered. they provided recommedation for activities etc. definitely recommend for future stays.

My family and friends stayed here for 4 nights. We wish we had booked longer, it’s such a beautiful home. Super kid friendly. I could let my toddler run around the yard and not have to worry about anything. It comes with everything a child could need/want. It was by far the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely stay again. The host was lovely. Had clear instructions so I knew where everything was. Over all it was a beautiful place and I genuinely could not fault it.

When we first arrived, the property wasn’t cleaned properly, but Rachel and Danni immediately sorted everything out for us, which we really appreciated, especially given our short stay. Their quick response and attention made a big difference. Overall, everything else was great — the property was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. Thank you again to Rachel and Danni for making our stay smooth and enjoyable!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jules' house in Vasse, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a beautifully designed home that was both cozy and stylish. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from well-appointed rooms to thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect for exploring the stunning region with so much to do nearby. Jules was a fantastic host, providing excellent communication and offering great local recommendations. You can tell that Jules really takes pride in providing a top-notch experience for guests. I couldn’t recommend this place more – whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a home base for exploring the area, Jules' house is the perfect choice. I will definitely be back!

Great location and facilities, looks exactly like how it is presented in the listing. The backyard provided our 2 dogs great sniffing experiences. Great to have a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner easily accessible. Another bonus is the 2 bathrooms so if there were more than a couple staying it would still be comfortable. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic property, we had such a special time. Our big dog Bear stayed with us and he loved walking in the open space directly across from the home. The house is very well maintained and has the feel of a relaxing holiday home. Thank you very much Hits for having us and we hope to stay again soon! Esme and team

We had a fantastic couple of days relaxation. A great place for your dog plenty of garden to explore, infact she didn't 3want to leave. Very clean and comfortable. Very responsive to messages.

We really had a great time on our 2nd visit to the same property in a year . We love the private beach access and the ability to spend time with our dog at the beach . The house is clean and spacious . Would definitely recommend staying here particularly if you have a dog . There is no kitchen but there is Barbeque on site and microwave and air fryer as well . Will definitely return again

My friends and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Catterick Farm. It far exceeded our expectations! The property itself is spectacular, sitting outside watching the sunset over the pristine backdrop of the farm was breathtaking. The house is well equipped and has everything you could need and more. The pool is also a wonderful addition - you could easily relax at the property for days on end. We were all so impressed that we have begun planning our next trip to Catterick

We absolutely loved the house for our family, kids and dogs ahead of the Busso triathlon! It was so spacious; great for relaxing, games and eating together as well as enough space for the kids to enjoy downstairs whilst the adults enjoyed our time upstairs! Beautiful views even when the weather wasn’t nice and watching dolphins from the balcony was magical! Bridgette was so helpful, accomodating and made our stay super easy! We’ll be back 🤍

This house has EVERYTHING you need. From the pool, spa, pool table, pingpong table, bikes, the beach around the corner! Our Host was absolutely amazing and very quick to respond. Overall A very nice stay!!

Gordon is one of the most generous and friendly host we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and breakfast provisions, the ambience is so peaceful and relaxing. Our dogs settled in well despite wanting to play with the Llamas. This is my third stay with Gordon and surely won’t be the last. Top notch!

Our family had a great time staying here. The rustic cottage was beautifully furnished and the surrounding farm was absolutely stunning. Emilie was warm and friendly and made an exceptional host - a perfect balance between checking we were ok and had everything we needed and leaving us to enjoy the tranquillity. Being fully unplugged was just what we needed and experiencing the night sky out there was unforgettable

It’s a great place like own house experience. Kitchen , living to bedroom area everything inside and outside was great. We are from Perth and had a family guest from Adelaide they also really impressed , enjoyed pool and the night stay close to Indian restaurants as well walking distance to Busselton jetty . We had a wonderful few days at Glenlynn and are excited to plan another visit in the future. Dave & Nikki have a beautiful property, which provided the perfect holiday for us. The Dam is stunning and our dog had a blast swimming in it. The walks around the property and through the state forests were so peaceful and not overly difficult which was important with a toddler in tow. Dave, was super friendly and accommodating and allowed us to join him when feeding some of the animals a huge highlight for our little boy. The cottage was well kept and clean in all the important places. Toilet, shower, bed linen and kitchen etc were all spotless. Don't go expecting a dust free, pristine environment within the cottage, the cottages are from the 1990's and situated on a working farm, but our cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our little boys first trip down south and we genuinely couldn't have found a better place. Thank you Dave and Nikki.

We loved our stay - clean and a beautiful home! Perfect that it was pet friendly as we brought our pup who loved it too. Great closed in yard with grass and just a short walk across the road to the beach! Thanks Sherylle for being a great host :)

I feel completely reset by the serenity of this wonderful cabin. It was deliciously cosy and the view allowed such an incredible experience of each day. And what night skys. Glorious. And to top it all off, the arrangement of the cabin furniture all fits the asthetic perfectly, down to the kettle and beehive shelving. There is even the softest linen sheets. Thank you both so much for this holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Raf’s place. The home itself has a beautiful feel, very peaceful and quiet, looking over a little dam. Our puppa loved it too, he had a safe area to run around and a bit of an adventure walking through the olive grove and over to the top paddock to see the kangaroos! The property has a lovely community feel, and the children, the ducks, geese and Guinea fowl and the other puppy’s walking around seem to love their home ! We loved being around that. The house itself has all you need for a very comfortable stay. It was squeaky clean and had a lovely fresh feel. Totally recommend this farm stay. Thanks Raf! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Our little family had the most wonderful stay with Luciana and David! The place was spotless, easy and convenient. Smelt like a spa as we walked in which set the tone for our stay :) Our time was made extra special with visits from the dog and the beautiful fire, wine and endless stars. Thank you for making our Easter holiday dreams come true.

Michael and his team were very responsive form the get go, the property is peaceful and has lots of space to sit back and relax and let kids run free and explore! There were lots of additional activities provided with games and toys for kids along with a high chair. If a peaceful reset is what your after this is great! Bit of a drive to town if you’re looking to have a few drinks but easily solved with a designated driver! Thanks guys

My daughter and I had an unforgettable stay reconnecting in the surrounds of nature! Lisa's caravan was very comfortable, loved the retro vibes and great to chat to both John and Lisa's family. Highly recommended and stones throw away from Balingup and great day trips to both Donnybrook & Bridgetown! :)
