You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is located a short walk from the High street, pubs, Restaurants, Sailing Club, Yacht Club, harbour and the award winning beach. There is plenty of indoor and outside space to enjoy with on street parking. Dogs are welcome and there are some great coastal walks. There is a ferry to East Mersea and Point Clear. Plenty to do and more a short car trip away. Suitable for 4 adults and 2 children in bunk beds.

The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

We are offering a comfortable modern guest suite in the riverside town of Wivenhoe. The room is a guest suite on the ground floor in our family home and you will have complete privacy. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob.
