Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

Our eco-conscious studio is just 15 mins walk from the historic Rottingdean village, beaches & chalk cliff paths. 5 mins walk to Beacon Hill Nature Reserve and Recreation Ground. Buses direct to Brighton 1 min walk away.

Southdowns Way Cabin

Wooden cabin with fab views, private access and garden tucked away behind our cottage. Ideal for walkers/cyclists - just come down from the Southdowns Way when you get to the historic village of Fulking in the National Park - we're at the foot of the escarpment. Basic ingredients for breakfast/hot drinks provided for walkers. Wifi, TV, netflix, hot shower, comfy bed, excellent pub close by. Spectacular scenery and walks leading in all directions from the doorstep!

Seaside Garden Tiny House

A Tiny Garden House.. directly outside the house your view looks onto Hove’s beach huts and the seafront. A peaceful garden retreat to chill.. that’s only a 20 min bus ride or 15 minute bike ride into the centre of Brighton for theatre, restaurants, nightclubs, Brighton Festival and Fringe and sightseeing. There is one very comfortable double bed 😊
