You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Detached Coastal Casita at the front of our home. Level, off street parking. Easy stroll to Newport village and beach. There is busses to Barrenjoey Lighthouse/Palm Beach, Manly, Brookvale and Sydney CBD. Ask about the beautiful coastal bushwalks and whale watching lookouts. You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.
