Micah and Denny’s place was perfect! They were so responsive with messages and the house is exactly as it looked in pictures. The area is easy to reach, picturesque and tranquil.

Awesome house for our multi-family getaway - plenty of space, plenty to keep the kids entertained between pool, some games, lake down the road and space to kick a soccer ball out front. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Easy 15min drive to Caves Beach which is an area we love but this house was significantly better value for money and lovely to see Lake Munmorah - run/walk track right at end of the road and a few shops including a cute gift shop and mini-mart / bottlo. Hosts communicated well. A great stay :)

We had a great weekend staying here in April. It was a great location for a day spent touring wineries in the Hunter Valley. The home was spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing time at this house! Panassa and Nathan left us a thoughtful welcome package that was very much appreciated. The house was perfect for our group of 10—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Communication with them was super easy as well, which made the whole experience even better. We’re really happy with our stay and would highly recommend it!

This was the most amazing place to stay, we had so much fun and would definitely come back! Pamela and Yon have been nothing but wonderful hosts. You must stay here if you’re coming to Hunter!

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Angela’s place! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. The home was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved it! The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, and Angela was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back again!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The property looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. It was clean, well-presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others and would happily stay again!

Beautifully renovated, close to vineyards and amenities. Comfortable beds and lounge and very well equipped kitchen private backyard. Would thoroughly recommend if you are interested in visiting the hunter valley wine region.

Beautiful cottage. Very homely, inviting and spotless. Loved the added extras, cheese board, breaky options, OJ etc. Apprecaited the 2 folders with places to eat with ample menus and the info folder that made everything really easy to understand with instructions for cooktop. Yard for dog was perfect. Great lawn, very well fenced and few trees all added to making it relaxing with added bonus of hearing the birds and especially the kookaburra. Genuinely lovely hosts. If you are seeking an 'off road' location (to get there), THEN, this is the place to stay & relax. Water View Cottage is well appointed and for the most part was quite clean (albeit, the Oven hadn't been cleaned for weeks and no one apparently checks for blown light globes). If you are visiting during Spring / Summer, be sure to pack extra Fly / Bug Spray (the cans provided were 'EMPTY') as having the Doors open attracts a plethora of flies & mozzies as there are no Screen Doors. The Accommodation is very comfortable & spacious (for 2 Adults with small dog) and the location is so peaceful.

Trev’s place was beautiful- even more beautiful than the photos! We were so happy when we arrived. It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Pool was great and so spacious for our family trip. Trev’s communication was terrific and greatly appreciated. This was great value for money and I highly recommend Trev’s place. Thanks Trev!

Heidi's Bella Farm was exceptional. The house was clean, cosy and had all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing experience. The location is literally near everything by a short drive. Heidi was always super helpful when requesting information. I can't recommend it highly enough. We'll definitely be back.

A delightful cottage, clean and equipped with all the basics you need for a short stay. The back verandah and yard were pleasant areas to relax in. Our toddler grandson was fascinated by the birds in the trees and the skinks darting among the leaf litter in the garden at the top of the yard. The high chair and portable cot provided on request were perfect and saved our daughter & son-in-law having to find a way to cram theirs in their car and bring them along on the trip.

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!

Jindalee was the perfect property to celebrate my son’s 30th birthday. Each couple had their own beautifully styled and relaxing bedroom and ensuite. We loved the outdoor pizza oven and preparing our meals in the very well appointed kitchen was excellent. The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit and we sat around it for hours enjoying the peaceful surrounds. The lounge area was comfortable and roomy and the gas fireplace kept us warm and cosy as well as provided a lovely ambience of an evening. The view from the property was magnificent as was looking out for kangaroos and bird life who played around in the trees near the house. We enjoyed playing with the quoits which were provided outside together on the lawn. Entry and exit from the property was easy with clear instruction from Hunter Valley Stays. There was ample, safe parking for our cars close to the house. We would not hesitate in recommending this fabulous property to friends and family.
