Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

Olive Grove Cabin is nestled in an olive grove in the Waipara valley, just 45 minutes north of Christchurch and 8 minutes north of Amberley. A peaceful and tranquil getaway from Christchurch or a stop along your travels around New Zealand. The cabin is located in the heart of the Waipara wine region, on the doorstep of the best of North Canterbury’s wineries, with easy access to Mt Grey, Mt Cass and Tiromoana walkways. The cabin is cosy and welcoming, the perfect retreat.

Enjoy incredible views across the Canterbury Plains to Banks Peninsula, cosy nights by the fire and the Christchurch lights in the distance. With everything you need for a comfortable stay, it’s the perfect spot for a quiet weekend away or romantic escape. Just 35 minutes from Christchurch, but with the peace and space of the country. ✨

Why stay in the City? Nestled between the walnut trees is a modern, private space in the country but so close to the city. 15 minutes to/from Christchurch Airport. This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.

Kick back and relax in this stylish peaceful home situated in a rural surrounding. With Weedons golf course directly across the road and Rolleston township less than 5 mins away, this truly is a unique location. The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.
