Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

We are located in a small village featuring a great family pub called 'The Malcolm Arms which is within walking distance. We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding. One well behaved pet is welcome to stay.

It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and a double, a third bedroom is situated off the double and can be utilised as a single bedroom/cot room or simply a dressing room.
