The Gwinges is on the outskirts of the village of St Keverne. The Cottage sleeps up to 7 adults in its 3 bedrooms (3 double beds , 1 single )) . A cosy lounge , kitchen and utility room . The master bedroom has an ensuite with a family bathroom downstairs. large sunny enclosed garden with parking for up to 3 cars. My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.
