Prívate end of road privacy with elevated views including 16 miles of beach to the south ending at the Four Seasons. Swimming and snorkeling with sand, no rocks makes the only closed beach (500 yards) to motorized vehicles with 20 palapas a dream.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

The area is perfect for sport fishing, kayaking, kitesurfing, or just chilling at the beach.
