You will never find a better place than this. The incredible combination of a great residential neighborhood for walking, gracious and organized hosts, nearby parks and restaurants alone make it a great choice. What puts it over the top is the setting of a private pool and spa that is beautifully landscaped, a totally private guest house that is wonderfully decorated, and every possible item that you could need during a visit. I would like to keep this place a secret, like a heavenly private beach or a great fishing spot. However, it is only fair to share this spot that the hosts have created so well.

I have to say Laurie was, by far, the best host I've ever had through Airbnb. I've used this service for years, and I have never encountered someone as caring, compassionate, and understanding as Laurie. This was an unplanned trip due to my grandmother passing. So we stayed in a hotel our first night until we could find an Airbnb. She was very easy to communicate with, helped us check in early when we had a change of plans after leaving our hotel to get into the Airbnb, and was incredibly compassionate to our situation. Her home was beautiful, very well kept, and in a beautiful/quiet neighborhood. She has clear instructions on checking in and out, and was always available quickly for questions. I highly recommend booking with Laurie if you have the chance. We will absolutely be staying with her again when we come back up to finish working on my grandmother's personal affairs.

The surroundings were stunning and serene, making it easy to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. Jade is a truly exceptional host—proactive, thoughtful, and generously kind in every interaction. She made sure everything was seamless from start to finish, and her attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. This place isn’t just a stopover—it’s the kind of stay that makes you want to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time I pass through Atlanta. This place was great, we got to spend time with family, laugh, and celebrate a recent marriage. We had a little trouble with the jacuzzi but nothing to deter us from the fantastic time we had. Would love to book in the summer and enjoy the beautiful pool they have. A big shout out to our host Jenna for providing such a lovely place.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary of our book club with a stay here. There were enough beds for everyone and enough room for us to have group gatherings, but also find alone quiet time if necessary since the house is so spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also took a tour on the boat with Captain Steve. If you need a large private venue, we would highly suggest this location. Missy and Steve are very gracious hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at Chris’s place. The house was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. Everyone raved about the accommodations and the style of the home—everything from the decor to the furniture was so well done. The pool area was relaxing, and it was an easy walk to the dock, making meeting our boat each day really convenient. It was such a great price for the incredible quality. The location was quiet and peaceful, and Chris was a great host who made everything easy. Highly recommend!
