The downstairs of our Carriage House has been renovated into a guest house. We have a full bath and king sized bed ready for a quiet night's sleep. A few minutes walk to downtown Statesboro, we are just over a mile from GSU and East GA Hospital and 7 miles to Mill Creek’s Splash in The Boro. We have cable TV & wireless internet. This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.
