The Rainforest Cabin, cosy and nestled in nature.

The Rainforest Cabin is relaxing haven nestled in nature on our farm. It is one of a pair of cabins, each private and with their own character. Your own home close to all the delights of the far south coast. The cabin has a deck overlooking the chain of ponds leading to the Lily Pond dam below. There is a private kitchenette and the shared Sunny Kitchen cabin. Its a lovely artistic space to relax and rewind and enjoy the landscaped gardens. The handmade crockery is made in my farm studio.

The Farmhouse Kitchen Cottage

Stay at the historic Squatters Arms in Bunyan - just 10 minutes from Cooma and at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. Originally built in 1841 as a Cobb & Co Coach inn, this site once welcomed travellers and stagecoaches. Today, you can stay in the inn’s old kitchen, complete with its original flagstone floors. Enjoy a king size bed, kitchenette and your own bathroom. There are no shared spaces between the cottage and the main house. Check-in is 2-7pm, and check-out is before 10am.

Livinia’s Grannyflat

Enjoy our quiet country grannyflat, only 2km from the town centre. The flat is clean and modern making it the perfect place to stop and have a rest. Enjoy a full kitchen open living area, private bedroom with queen bed and a large bathroom and shower. The flat is seperate to the main house and attached to the side of our garage. Giving you your own private area, with a garden shed to store any outdoor items you have.

Located just a short walk from town, restaurants & pubs. This spectacular two bedroom two bathroom apartment boasts a full Kitchen Lounge/ dining and balcony with spectacular water and mountain views. We have onsite Mountain Bike lockup storage available on request. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed with ensuit. And Bedroom 2 has 1 tri bunk consisting of 1 single bed and 1 double bed with an ensuite.

Ten minutes from Cooma, 45 minutes from Jindabyne and just over an hour from Canberra, The Shed offers a rustic, cozy stay with lovely valley views.
