A snug hideaway set amongst the rolling South Downs Hills. 5 minute drive from Petersfield train station that will get you into London Waterloo within one hour. The historic town of Petersfield boasts over 22 cafes alone with plenty of restaurants and pubs too. A local market is held in the square bi-weekly with local produce on offer. We are also set at the foot of a newly built pathway leading directly into the country park where you can enjoy wonderful walks, their own restaurant or biking

Situated in an tranquil hamlet in the lea of Butser Hill, nestled in and amazing view of the South Downs National park a stones throw from Petersfeild. There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.
